Deva Bikas Bank Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2074-03-14 that the register of its shareholders will remain close from 2074-03-23 till 2074-03-29 for the purpose of its special general meeting going to be held on 2074-03-29. The SGM is goning to approve the proposed 40% right share to its shareholders.
