Swarojgar Laghubitta Bikas Bank Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2074-02-07 that the 141th BOD Meeting of the company held on 2074-02-05 has decided that the register of their shareholders will remain close from 2074-02-17 till 2074-02-19 for the purpose of issuing Rights Shares in the proportion of 2:1 to their shareholders.
