Saptakoshi Development Bank Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2074-03-04 that the 117th BOD Meeting of the company held on 2074-03-02 has decided that the register of their shareholders will remain close on 2074-03-14 for the purpose of issuing Rights Shares in the proportion of 1:1.3 to their shareholders, approved by SEBON on 2074-02-31.
