Nepal Bank Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2073-12-21 at 2:15 PM that the register of their shareholders will remain close on 2073-12-29 for the purpose of issuing Rights shares in the proportion of 100:23.74 to their shareholders, decided by its 56th AGM held on 2073-02-28.
