Book Closure for Rights Shares of First Microfinance Development Bank Ltd.

  First Microfinance Development Bank Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2073-12-20 at 3:50 PM that the BOD Meeting of the company held on 2073-12-20 has decided that the register of their shareholders will remain close on 2073-12-30 for the purpose of issuing Rights shares in the proportion of 2:1 to their shareholders.
