Century Commercial Bank Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2074-03-20 that the 234th BOD Meeting of the company held on 2074-03-02 has decided that the register of their shareholders will remain close on 2074-03-27 for the purpose of issuing 40% Rights shares to their shareholders, approved by its 6th Annual General Meeting held on 2073-12-31.
