Prabhu Insurance Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2073-11-26 at 1:25 pm that the 346th BOD Meeting of the company held on 2073-11-24 has decided that the register of their shareholders will remain close on 2073-12-06 for the purpose of issuing Rights shares in the proportion of 2:1 to their shareholders, the approval given by SEBON on 2073-11-12.
