Prabhu Bank Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2074-09-11 that the 104th BOD Meeting of the company held on 2074-09-09 has decided that the register of their shareholders will remain close on 2074-09-21 for the purpose of issuing Rights Shares in the proportion of 10:4 to their shareholders, approved by SEBON on 2074-09-06.
