Central Finance Co. Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2074-08-25 that the BOD Meeting of the company held on 2074-08-24 has decided that the register of their shareholders will remain close on 2074-09-04 for the purpose of issuing Rights Shares in the proportion of 2:1 to their shareholders.
