Kakre Bihar Bikas Bank Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2072-06-19 that the register of their shareholders will remain close on 2072-06-27 for the purpose of issuing Rights Shares in the proportion of 1:0.5 to their Shareholders as decided by its 159th BOD Meeting held on 2072-06-18 and approved by SEBON on 2072-05-25.
