Book Closure for AGM, Rights shares of Century Commercial Bank Ltd.

Century Commercial Bank Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2073-12-10 that the 225th BOD Meeting of the company held on 2073-12-09 has decided that the register of their shareholders will remain close from 2073-12-18 till 2073-12-31 for the purpose of 6th Annual General meeting of the company which is going to be held on 2073-12-31. The same meeting has decided to issue 40% Rights shares after Bonus shares(after acuiring Innovative Development Bank Ltd. and Araniko Development Bank ltd.) to their shareholders.
