Book Closure for AGM of Srijana Finance Ltd.

Srijana Finance Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2074-08-29 that the register of its shareholders will remain close from 2074-09-08 till 2074-09-22 for the purpose of its AGM going to be held on 2074-09-22. The AGM is supposed to approve the proposed 32.5% stock dividend along with 1.71% cash dividend for tax purpose.
