Book Closure for AGM of Seti Finance Ltd.

Seti Finance Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2073-12-08 that the register of its Shareholders will remain close from 2073-12-21 till 2073-12-30 for the purpose of its AGM going to be held on 2073-12-30. The AGM is supposed to approve right share in the ratio of 1:1.5 after the bonus share worth Rs. 57,10,800.
