Book Closure for AGM of Nepal Lube Oil Ltd.

Nepal Lube Oil Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2074-08-27 that the register of its shareholders will remain close from 2074-09-05 till 2074-09-19 for the purpose its AGM going to be held on 2074-09-19. The AGM is supposed to approve the proposed 25% cash dividend to its share holders.
