Book Closure for AGM of Laxmi Bank Ltd.

Laxmi Bank Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2074-02-21 that the 187th Board Meeting of Laxmi Bank Limited held on 1st June 2017 has decided to hold its 16th Annual General Meeting on 27th June 2017 ( 13th Ashadh 2074) and decided to close its shareholders book for the purpose of AGM on 16th june 2017 (2nd Ashadh 2074).The AGM shall approve the previously proposed stock dividend (Bonus Share) of 38% on paid up capital as of Ashadh end 2073 (adjusted to l8.29% of capital after acquisition of Professional Diyalo Bikas Bank Ltd and 100% Right Issue). Shareholders receiving the shares through auction of unsubscribed portion of right issue shall also be eligible for the Bonus Share.
