Book Closure for AGM of Himalayan General Insurance Co. Ltd.

Himalayan General Insurance Co. Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2074-08-29 that the register of its shareholders will remain close from 2074-09-14 till 2074-09-30 for the purpose of its AGM going to be held on 2074-09-30. The AGM is supposed to approve the proposed 15% cash dividend .
