Global IME Bank Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2074-06-24 that the register of its sharholders will remain close from 2074-07-08 till 2074-07-23 for the purpose of its AGM going to be held on 2074-07-23.The AGM is supposed to approve the proposed 10% stock dividend and 10% cash dividend to its shareholders.
