Citizens Investment Trust has informed NEPSE on 2074-04-19 that the BOD Meeting of the company held on 2074-04-18 has decided to close the register of their shareholders from 2074-04-27 till 2074-05-16 for the purpose of its 21st Annual General Meeting which is going to be held on 2074-05-16.
