Book Closure and NRB approval for Bonus share of NIC Asia Bank Ltd.

NIC Asia Bank Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2074-05-09 that the proposed 20% stock dividend and 1.05% cash dividend (for tax purpose) has been approved by NRB. The register of its shareholders will remain close from 2074-05-16 till 2074-05-30 for the purpose of its AGM going to be held on 2074-05-30.
