Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2074-05-04 that the 197th BOD Meeting of the company held on 2074-05-01 has decided that the 9th Annual General Meeting of the company is going to be held on 2074-05-27. The register of their shareholders will remain close from 2074-05-09 till 2074-05-15 for this purpose.
