SKBBL's Board of Directors has decided to close the book for AGM Purpose from BS 2077/9/16 to 2077/9/28 (31th December 2020 to 12 January 2021). AGM is to be held on 12th January 2021 at 11:00 o'clock at SKBBL's Central Office Kathmandu using the virtual technology.
