Nepal Credit and Commerce Bank Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2074-03-29 that the 632nd BOD Meeting of the company held in 2074-03-27 has decided to close the register of their shareholders on 2074-04-20 for the purpose of its upcoming 19th Annual General Meeting of the company which is going to be held on 2074-05-16. The AGM is supposed to approve the issuance of 50% Rights shares of their shareholders.
