As per the information received by NEPSE on 2072-06-20 at 03:47 PM from Lumbini Bank Ltd., the 387th BOD Meeting of the company held on 2072-06-19 has proposed distribution of 15% Stock Dividend(Bonus Shares) to their Shareholders which subject to the approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
