As per the information received by NEPSE on 2072-06-13 at 12:05 PM from GLobal IME Bank Ltd., the 233rd BOD Meeting of the company held on 2072-06-12 has proposed distribution of 23% Bonus Shares to their Shareholders which subject to the approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
