As per the information received by NEPSE on 2072-07-01 at 10:40 AM from Biratlaxmi Bikas Bank Ltd., the BOD Meeting of the company held on 2072-06-30 has proposed distribution of 25% Stock Dividend(Bonus Shares) to their Shareholders which subject to the approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
