As per the information received by NEPSE on 2072-06-22 at 11:05 AM from Swabalamban Laghubitta Bikas Bank Ltd., the 243rd BOD Meeting of the company held on 2072-06-22 has proposed distribution of 42% Stock Dividend and 10.6316% Cash Dividend(for Tax Purpose) to their Shareholders which subject to the approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
