As per the information received by NEPSE on 2072-06-15 at 09:45 AM from Sunrise Bank Ltd., the 225th BOD Meeting of the company held on 2072-06-14 has proposed distribution of 21.5% Stock Dividend(Bonus Shares) and 1.13% Cash Dividend(For Tax Purpose) to their Shareholders which subject to the approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
