As per the information received by NEPSE on 2072-07-01 at 10:40 AM from Rural Microfinance Development Centre Ltd., the 269th BOD Meeting of the company held on 2072-07-01 has proposed distribution of 10% Stock Dividend(Bonus Shares) and 16.32% Cash Dividend(including Tax) to their Shareholders which subject to the approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
