As per the information received by NEPSE on 2072-06-12 at 10:25 AM from Metro Development Bank Ltd., the 109th BOD Meeting of the company has proposed distribution of 19% Bonus Shares and 1% Cash Dividend(for Tax Purpose) to their Shareholders which subject to the approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
