As per the information received by NEPSE on 2072-06-24 at 10:30 AM from Laxmi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd., the 58th BOD Meeting of the company held on 2072-06-22 has proposed distribution of 10% Stock Dividend(Bonus Shares) and 0.53% Cash Dividend(for Tax Purpose) to their Shareholders which subject to the approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
