As per the information received by NEPSE on 2072-06-15 at 10.10 AM from Kathmandu Finance Ltd., the 287th BOD Meeting of the company held on 2072-06-14 has proposed distribution of 7% Stock Dividend(Bonus Shares) and 0.3684% Cash Dividend(For Tax Purpose) to their Shareholders which subject to the approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
