As per the information received by NEPSE on 2072-06-24 at 11:00 AM from Kankai Bikas Bank Ltd., the 206th BOD Meeting of the company held on 2072-06-24 has proposed distribution of 25% Stock Dividend (Bonus Shares) and 1.315% Cash Dividend(for Tax Purpose) to their Shareholders which subject to the approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
