As per the information received by NEPSE on 2072-06-29 at 12:15 PM from Guheshwori Merchant Banking and Finance Ltd., the 158th BOD Meeting of the company held on 2072-06-28 has proposed distribution of 15% Stock Dividend(Bonus Shares) and 0.79% Cash Dividend(for Tax Purpose) to their Shareholders which subject to the approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
