As per the information received by NEPSE on 2072-06-18 at 04:35 PM from City Development Bank Ltd., the 113th BOD Meeting of the company held on 2072-06-11 has proposed distribution of 19.25% Stock Dividend and 1.0131% Cash Dividend (for Tax Purpose) to their Shareholders which subject to the approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
