As per the information received by NEPSE on 2072-06-27 at 11:20 AM from Araniko Development Bank Ltd., the 202nd BOD Meeting of the company held on 2072-06-25 has proposed distribution of 10% Stock Dividend(Bonus Shares) and 0.53% Cash Dividend(for Tax Purpose) to their Shareholders which subject to the approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
