Bonus Share, Rights Share and Book Closure of Sanima Bank Ltd.

Sanima Bank Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2072-06-07 at 10:45 AM that the BOD meeting of the company held on 2072-06-06 has decided to propose 20% stock dividend along with 1.05% cash dividend(for tax purpose) and 50% Rights share after the bonus share to its shareholders which subject to the approval of NRB and its upcoming AGM which is going to held on 2072-06-28. The same meeting has decided to close the register of its shareholders from 2072-06-14 to 2072-06-28 for the same purpose.
