United Finance Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2072-05-30 at 4:05 PM that the BOD meeting of the company held on 2072-05-28 has decided to distribute 15% stock dividend and 0.79% cash dividend(for tax purpose) to its shareholders which subject to the approval of NRB and its upcoming AGM.
