Prime Life Insurance Co.Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2074-04-15 that the BOD meeting of the company held on 2074-04-12 has decided to propose 25% stock dividend and cash dividend necessary for tax purpose to its shareholders subject to the approval from Insurance Board and its upcoming AGM.
