Neco Insurance Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2074-05-05 that the BOD meeting of the company held on 2074-05-04 has decided to propose 10% stock dividend and 0.52% cash dividend(for tax purpose) to its sahreholders subject to the approval of Insurance Board and its upcoming AGM.
