As per the information received by NEPSE on 2074-06-27 from Nagbeli Laghubitta Bikas Bank Ltd., the 233rd BOD Meeting of the company held on 2074-06-26 has proposed distribution of 45.473685% Bonus Shares and 2.526315% Cash Dividend(for tax purpose) to their shareholders which subject to the approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
