Jyoti Bikas Bank Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2072-06-17 at 4:35 PM that the BOD meeting of the company held on 2072-06-17 has decided to propose 9% stock dividend and Rs.40,13,176/-(for tax purpose) to its shareholders which subject to the approval of NRB and its upcoming AGM.
