Gurans Life Insurance Company Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2073-12-17 that the 132nd BOD meeting of the company has decided to propose 8.0% Bonus and 0.421% cash dividend( for tax purpose) to its shareholders,subject to the approval from its upcoming AGM.
