First Microfinance Development Bank Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2074-04-31 that the BOD meeting of the company held on 2074-04-29 has dicided to propose 15% stock dividend and 0.79% cash dividend(for tax purpose) to its shareholders subject to the approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
