Everest Insurance Co.Ltd. has informed NEPSE that BOD meting f the company held on 2074-08-28 has decided to propose 10% stock dividend and cash dividend worth Rs. 639,474 (for tax purpose) to its share holders subject to the approval from Beema samiti and its upcoming AGM.
