Deva Bikas Bank Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2074-05-12 that the BOD meeting of the company held on 2074-05-11 has decided to propose 17.1% stock dividend and 0.9% cash dividend (for tax purpose) to its shareholders subject to the approval of NRB and its upcoming AGM.
