Civil Bank Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2073-12-09 that the BOD meeting of the company held on 2073-12-08 has decided to propose 2.88% stock dividend and 0.1516% cash dividend (for tax purpose) to its shareholders subject to the approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
