Citizens Bank International Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2074-05-02 that the BOD meeting of the company held on 2074-05-01 has decided to propose 16% stock dividend and 1% cash dividend to its shareholders subject to the approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
