Citizen Investment Trust has informed NEPSE on 2074-03-28 that the BOD meeting of the company held on 2074-03-27 has decided to propose 21.85% stock dividend and 1.15% cash dividend(for tax purpose) to its shareholders subject to the approval of its upcoming AGM.
