Business Universal Development Bank Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2072-06-05 at 12:43 PM that the 63rd BOD meeting of the company held on 2072-06-01 has proposed 13% stock dividend and 0.68%(cash dividend) to its shareholders which subject to the approval of NRB and its upcoming AGM.
