The 173rd BOD meeting held on 2078-04-24 at 4:00 PM to 5:15 PM has proposed distribution of 5.5004174% Bonus Shares and 0.28949566% Cash Dividend (tax purpose) to the Shareholders Which is subjected to the approval from Insurance Board and it's upcoming AGM.
